Ordered Pure Fibre 20 on 3 Dec. Openserve called on the 4th to schedule install and installed today 7 Dec. Just activated the my Fibre on my old B315 LTE router and it works! (while I wait for the new router I ordered to arrive). Love the WhatsApp support line, very quick responses. Love the ClientZone website. That was quick and painless! Still very happy with their Service in June 2021!

The best by far. I've been with 2 other ISPs before and I have never been treated with so much respect, care, and urgency. Prices beat most but customer care and customer satisfaction sure is their motto. They have truly brought pure joy to my family. Keep up the great job guys, the support team is just amazing.

99.9% Uptime. Seriously. These guys are amazing. I am currently paying for a 200Mbps UP/DOWN line, and every time I run a speed test, I'm telling you, I get 211Mbps SOLID. They're insane, go with Afrihost!

Best customer service. Easiest online process to order fibre and other products (and manage them). Even if there are cheaper options I stick with Afrihost because I know I will have peace of mind
